Developed by KIPCO and United Gulf Bank, Takaud is founded on trust, stability, and ethical practice. Derived from the Arabic word for “retirement”, the name embodies the idea of investing in the future now to cultivate prosperity in one’s later years.

The concept itself is revolutionary in terms of its simplicity and mobility, as it gives global professionals, investors, and institutions the means to confidently invest in their future without geographic boundaries, limits, or restrictions.

Ninth Space engaged with the Takaud team in a process that uncovered the true essence of the brand based on its founders’ world-class knowledge, ethics, and expertise.

The branding conveyed this essence through a hand-drawn calligraphic wax seal of the name married with its formal Latin interpretation. The linguistics, product names, and design style were kept clean and uncluttered to embody the simplicity of Takaud’s approach.

We focused on the life benefits of Takaud’s services by using aspirational and uplifting photography throughout the website and supporting brand materials. The result was a visual identity that personifies the client’s dedication to helping individuals and companies feel secure in their financial future.
