Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts are the definitive contemporary luxury five-star hospitality brand across the globe. This philosophy holds equally true within their residential portfolio, for which Ninth Space was brought on to build the foundation for the Four Seasons Residences Mumbai brand.

The Residences – which are adjacent to the existing Four Seasons Hotel and will benefit from all of its exclusive services and facilities – feature just twenty-six sky villas that span the entire fifty-five floors. Each villa occupies at least one and a half floors and features uninterrupted views across the bay of Mumbai.

The main objective of our branding work was to position the Four Seasons Residences Mumbai as a premier destination for sublime luxury living through a minimalistic approach.

A timeless design style that speaks to the city’s elite.

The creative and design work required an in-depth understanding of the Residences’ building architecture and interiors. We leveraged the architect’s design cues and style to inform a sophisticated design that seamlessly aligned with the core values of the Four Seasons global brand.

We also considered the aspirations of our target audience: elite professionals with a westernised taste for refined luxury living. The brand language conveyed unparalleled contemporary elegance and peace of mind with a “less says more” mentality.

Building interest in joining an elite global club.

There will only ever be twenty-six apartments in the Four Seasons Residences Mumbai; as the city continues to prosper, the exclusivity of these units grows with it. The branding and design work convey the essence of the Residences’ elite yet understated elegance that goes against the grain of Mumbai’s high society elite.

Ninth Space designed all the brand language and the presentation centre, and developed the presentation video for attracting these ultra-high-net-worth clients.
